I am now happy to inform you that our dealerships are now fully open for business again! We have a number of social distancing measures in place throughout each site.
We also understand that dispite the reduction in lockdown measures there maybe some customers still not wanting to venture out so we also have a range of aftersales options to help if you require and we also have our virtual showrooms live on our website.

Following the government announcement on 10/05/2020, Startin's are engaging with a plan to open our dealerships back up from the 18/05/2020.
This will be done in line with the governement advice and with the utmost care to provide a safe enviroment to our customers and team members. Some of our operations will still have limitations but we will try to operate as smoothly as possible within the parameters we can.
Aftersales, Service & Parts- Will be fully open so that we can start to bring down the backlog of services due and get our customers service schedules back on track.
Sales- Will be open for online sales, click & collect, home delivery and any further information you may require. Our services may be able to extent to home test drives and appointment based test drives, however we will further update on this as we receive more governement guidance moving into the coming week.
We will be publishing more infomation on the measures we've put in place to maintain social distancing in our dealerships.

Dear Customer
Further to our previous update due to the extended government lock down our dealership premises will be closed until at least the next review on 7/05/2020. We are still looking to be able to open up some of our operation on a limited basis from the 11/05/2020.
When we have further information we will provide a further update as to what service we can offer.
Despite this our new buy online feature is now available or if there is a car you want that we have reserve online with a £99 deposit.

Further to our previous update below, Startins dealerships will remain closed for the remainder of April 2020.
As you all know the coronavirus situation has worsened over the past couple of weeks, although I truely believe we will start to see more positive news as the coming weeks arrive, for the health and safety of all our staff & customers it is the right thing to remain closed in light of the current lockdown circumstances, to help prevent the spread.

An important Covid 19 update 1 (24/03/2020) for our customers- Scroll Down for useful contact numbers
Dear Customer
The health and well-being of our customers, our colleagues and their families is of paramount importance to Startins.
For this reason, as of 6:00 pm tonight (24/3/2020) we have made the decision to temporarily close all Sales Departments at our Startin dealerships. Service departments will remain open for essential work until 31/03/2020 at which point we will close until 14/4/2020 in response to the Corona virus pandemic. This could be extended depending on government updates.
Unfortunately we are also having to suspend our collection & delivery service due to staff shortages and to protect our workforce in line with government advice. We know this may cause some disappointment and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Our top priority is to protect the welfare of our employees and customers and with the latest guidance from the government, we must honour this and do everything we can to protect our health and the wider community and to reduce the further spread of the virus.
For those customers who are due to take delivery of your New Car or for those of you who are booked in for After Sales care over the course of the rest of the week, we will aim to complete your transaction with us where it is safe to do so. We are in the process of contacting you directly. All other existing bookings are being cancelled or rescheduled and we will be in contact to rearrange your booking for when our showrooms re-open.
Although our showrooms will be closed, you can still visit our website and enquire online should you have any queries.
We are currently exploring the option of providing emergency maintenance to those in desperate need, we will update when we have further information on this, if you have concerns please contact us
