Vauxhall Head of Business, Jim Bertram, takes on 4 Nations Tour supporting mental health and The Kris Boyd Charity

400 miles. 4 days. 4 countries.

We are supporting our very own Head of Business at Startin Vauxhall Redditch, Jim Bertram, as he takes on yet another venture to raise money for Charity.

Starting in Belfast NI on 1st May 2023, Jim and his friend Steven sets to ride 400 miles across 4 countries in just 4 days. Taking in Belfast, the Scottish borders, the Welsh coast and the Midlands all whilst supporting The Kris Boyd Charity and mental health awareness during this epic challenge.

30th April - Travel by ferry to Belfast
1st May - Cycle 100 miles from Belfast to Portrush Peninsula and back then ferry back to Scotland at 3pm
2nd May - Cycle 100 miles around the Scottish Borders then travel to Chester.
3rd May - Cycle 100 miles to Aberystwyth and back then travel to Wolverhampton.
4th May- Cycle 100 miles around the Midlands and back to Wolverhampton.

The Kris Boyd Charity has been set up to help those suffering from mental health issues, so they can find someone to talk to and get help. Spreading awareness is absolutely vital in tackling the stigma surrounding mental health and ultimately finding better solutions to mental health issues.

With support from people like Jim, the Charity will be able to tackle more situations head-on, expand and offer more services, whether it's helping to raise Mental Health awareness and also increase Partnerships and Relationships with other charities, as well as businesses and support groups
