Here at Startin Worcestershire we are incredibly excited as we will soon be introducing a brand new Smart Repair Centre located in our Startin Skoda dealership in Worcester. It's the perfect place for our fully trained vehicle body repairers to fix dents, dings, or scrapes that you may have collected on your car.
The state of the art modular constructed site will contain a fully functional bodyshop, paint mixing centre and spraybooth packed full of the latest technology and engineering to provide the best possible finish on your vehicles. Having a footprint of no more than six parking spaces, the Smart Repair Centre is fully portable and comes complete with load-bearing floors, two oversize repair booths, a paint mixing room, welfare rooms and parts/goods storage.
To ensure results are of a high standard, all work will be carried out in spacious, brighly lit bays and regularly filtered air as this provides an expansive working environment and ensures the application of paint can be administered evenly and proportionately whilst providing an efficient use of space for all repairs to take place. Due to the modern engineering equipment and techniques being used, there will be a 'continuous workflow' to maximise efficiency and reduce cycle times, resulting in an increase in productivity and a shoter wait for your vehicle's repair to be completed.
At Startin Worcestershire we are very conscious of our energy we use and carbon footprint, therefore we have made sure the design of the repair centre is as energy efficient as possible. The modularity design of the Smart Repair Centre combines effective use of space with the lowest energy consumption, whilst the LED lighting system combines excellent lighting levels with exceptionally low energy usage. Low energy 30kW direct gas-fired burner (LPG or natural gas) provides paint cure temperatures of up to 60°C tailored to modern paint types, and overall, the electrical energy consumption for the entire facility is less than one conventional combi spraybooth whilst gas consumption is less than 40%.
