We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised Service Administrator to join our busy and successful After Sales team.

Working behind the scenes, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Service Advisors and workshop, making sure everything is prepared, organised and ready to go.

This role has less direct customer interaction than a traditional Service Advisor position and is perfect for someone who thrives on administration, planning and keeping a busy department running smoothly.

The Role

Prepare customer paperwork and job packs in advance of scheduled bookings.
Review upcoming workshop bookings to ensure everything is ready ahead of the customer's arrival.
Check and chase parts required for future bookings.
Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure parts are available at the right time.
Support Service Advisors with administration and preparation of documentation.
Identify any missing information or potential issues before the day of the booking.
Maintain accurate records across our dealership systems.
Assist with warranty, invoicing and general Service Department administration.
Work closely with the Service Advisors, Workshop Controller and Parts team.
Help keep the department organised and one step ahead of the daily workload.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and able to plan ahead rather than wait for problems to arise.
Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
Confident using IT systems and completing detailed administration.
Experienced within an automotive Service or After Sales environment would be highly advantageous.

You'll be joining a busy and experienced After Sales team where your organisation and preparation will make a real difference to how efficiently the department operates every day.
