We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our busy and successful After Sales team.

You'll be the important link between our customers and workshop, providing an exceptional customer experience from initial booking through to vehicle collection.

We're looking for someone who is positive, organised and confident, thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and genuinely enjoys building relationships with customers.

The Role

Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience.
Manage service, maintenance and repair bookings from start to finish.
Keep customers informed throughout their vehicle's journey.
Liaise closely with technicians and the Workshop Controller.
Explain required work clearly and confidently to customers.
Identify and maximise additional work opportunities.
Prepare estimates, invoices and relevant documentation accurately.
Manage customer expectations and resolve queries professionally.
Help achieve departmental targets and customer satisfaction objectives.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A confident, enthusiastic and professional personality.
Strong organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good commercial awareness and the confidence to identify additional work opportunities.
The ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment.
Strong IT and administrative skills.
A genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
A full UK driving licence.
