Aftersales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Aftersales Manager to lead one of our busy dealership Aftersales operations.
We're looking for a strong automotive leader who can bring together our Service, Workshop and Parts teams, drive commercial performance and create an environment where both our employees and customers receive an exceptional experience.
This is a key leadership role for someone who understands the motor trade, knows how to get the best from people and has the commercial focus to take an already successful operation forward.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day performance of the Aftersales department across Service, Workshop and Parts.
- Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve their full potential.
- Drive departmental profitability, productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor key Aftersales KPIs and take action to continually improve performance.
- Maximise workshop utilisation, labour sales and parts opportunities.
- Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure strong communication and teamwork across all areas of Aftersales.
- Manage departmental budgets, costs and performance against targets.
- Ensure manufacturer standards, processes and compliance requirements are achieved.
- Work closely with the Head of Business and wider management team to support dealership objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and commercial performance.
- Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
About You
We're looking for an experienced automotive professional who combines strong leadership with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for Aftersales.
You will ideally have:
- Previous Aftersales Manager or Service Manager experience essential.
- Strong knowledge of dealership Service, Workshop and Parts operations.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful teams.
- Excellent commercial awareness with a strong understanding of Aftersales profitability and KPIs.
- Experience managing workshop productivity, efficiency and utilisation.
- A confident, positive and solutions-focused leadership style.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
- The ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced dealership environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
