Startin Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and commercially driven Business Manager to join our successful Suzuki dealership at Startin of Worcester.

We're looking for a passionate automotive professional who knows how to maximise sales opportunities, deliver outstanding finance and insurance performance and create an exceptional customer experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys working closely with a motivated team and has the drive and determination to achieve outstanding results.

You'll play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager, developing the sales team and ensuring every customer receives a professional, engaging and seamless buying experience.

The Role

• Drive finance, insurance and additional product performance to achieve and exceed departmental targets.

• Support the Sales Manager in maximising vehicle sales, profitability and overall dealership performance.

• Work closely with Sales Executives to identify opportunities and improve sales conversions.

• Present finance and insurance products confidently, professionally and in line with FCA requirements.

• Support, coach and develop the Sales team to improve product knowledge, sales techniques and performance.

• Manage customer proposals, finance applications and relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including finance penetration, product penetration and profit per unit.

• Build strong relationships with customers, finance providers and the wider dealership team.

• Ensure all sales and finance processes meet manufacturer standards, company procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a strong focus on commercial performance.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous Business Manager or senior automotive sales experience within a franchised motor dealership.

• A proven track record of achieving strong finance, insurance and additional product performance.

• Excellent knowledge of automotive finance products and FCA compliance requirements.

• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.

• The confidence to coach, motivate and support a successful sales team.

• A proactive, enthusiastic and target-driven approach.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to identify opportunities and maximise profitability whilst delivering positive customer outcomes.

• A full UK driving licence.
