Senior Vehicle Technician

Location: Startin of Worcester

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

No weekend working

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join our growing After Sales team in Worcester.

This role is ideal for a skilled technician with advanced diagnostic experience who is ready to take on greater technical responsibility and progress towards becoming a Master Technician.

What You’ll Be Doing

Completing servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
Diagnosing complex faults using manufacturer equipment
Supporting other technicians with technical issues
Assisting with quality control to ensure repairs are right first time
Working with evolving technologies, including hybrid and electric vehicles
Helping the workshop achieve its productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction targets

Previous Peugeot or Stellantis franchise experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential.

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
At least two years’ experience in a main dealership workshop
Strong advanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills
The ability to guide and support other technicians
A proactive approach to learning new technology and manufacturer systems
A full, clean UK driving licence
