We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our thriving team at our Startin of Redditch dealership.

As part of our fast-paced and successful Motor Trade Dealership representing KIA, KIA PBV and BYD you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of vehicle sales.

Who you are:

Ideally have at least 2 years experience in a Vehicle Sales Administration role at a franchice dealership
Be extremely organised and efficient in their daily duties with attention to detail at the forefront.
Have a pro-active work ethic and be able to work to strict deadlines.
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Have excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues and different teams.

Main responsibilities and day to day duties:

Bringing new and used vehicles into stock
Registering and taxing new and used vehicles inline with DVLA requirements
Invoicing vehicles when sold
Administrating our funding system
Raising work orders for vehicle preparation, valeting and deliveries
Completing daily banking tasks
Daily consignments and appropriations
General support to the sales teams
