We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team based at our newly branded Startin Nissan Worcester Motor Trade Dealership.

The ideal candidate will:

Have strong communication skills
Have expereince in a customer facing service role
Have a basic technical understanding is desirable but not essential
Have a full UK driving licence

Main responsibilities and Day to day duties:

Checking customers and their vehicles in & out each day
Handling enquiries from customers
Communicating with customers in person and over the phone
Advising customers on the maintenance and servicing of their vehicles
Acting as liaison between customers and mechanics and explaining which repairs have been advised
Offering customers additional products and services
Administrative duties such as updating client accounts
Explaining the estimated time and cost of the vehicle service and any necessary repairs
