Peugeot £2,000 Part-Exchange Allowance Promotion
Full Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is Peugeot Motor Company PLC whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND (the
“Promoter”).
2. The Part-Exchange Allowance is a promotion (the “Promotion”) of £2,000. The saving consists of up to a £2,000 part exchange
allowance (including VAT) off the On-The-Road price of selected new passenger
cars (“Vehicle”) towards the order of a Vehicle placed with a participating Peugeot retailer (“Participating Retailer”)
between 11 May 2026 and 15 June 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), and registered by 30 June 2026 when you trade in a
vehicle.

The Promotion is available during the Promotion Period only.
The Promotion is available in the UK only (excluding the Channel Islands).
The Promotion applies to private individuals (18+). Motability, fleet and business sales are excluded from this Promotion.
7. The Promotion excludes pre-registered and Personal Contract Hire Vehicles.
8. The Promotion may be used in conjunction with other current promotions and discounts.
9. Part Exchange Allowance: £2,000: Exclusions apply. This saving is not available on:
a. E-308 Hatch & SW,
b. 3008 PHEV;
c. 5008 PHEV; and
d. E-Traveller.
10. To qualify for the Part-Exchange Allowance, the customer must:
a. b. c. d. visit a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period;
order a new Vehicle during the Promotion Period;
Part-exchange a vehicle, owned for a minimum of 90 days by the order date as shown on the vehicle registration document (V5);
and
provide contact details, including name, email address, post code and contact number.
11. Promotion applies to cash and Personal Contract Purchase agreements. Where a finance quote is provided, and the offer is proposed
into the quote, the validity of this quote will not extend beyond the 30 June 2026.
12. The Promotion is not redeemable against any purchases other than the Vehicle.
13. No cash alternative will be offered. The promotion is not exchangeable (cannot be swapped for anything of equal or lesser value)
and non-transferable to any other party or location.
14. The promotion has no monetary value, and monies will not be refunded should the Vehicle order be subsequently cancelled.
15. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by the customer of these terms and conditions, the Promotor, at its
sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude the customer from participating in this Promotion.
16. Personal data and marketing:
a. Customers who consent to marketing communications from the Promoter may receive future communications related to Stellantis
products, promotions, and offers.

party unless otherwise stated. The administration of the Promotion is a requested service as specified in the Promoter’s privacy
policy.
In order to administer the Promotion, the Promoter, and an associated agency on behalf of the Promoter, will require certain
essential information including name, address and contact details.

18. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details

The Promoter reserves the right to require valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the customer prior
to honouring the Promotion terms.
20. 21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time but
will seek to provide notice where possible.
Neither the Promoter nor its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or
damage arising out of organising or holding this Promotion. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in
this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any
other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. The customers’ statutory rights
are not affected.
22. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
