Startin Suzuki Worcester – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Suzuki Vouchers Raffle – March 2026
1. Promoter
This prize draw is promoted by Startin Suzuki Worcester, part of Startin Group, registered at Farmoor Lane, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 0SD, and trading from Bromyard Road, Worcester, Worcestershire, WR2 5EE (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to retail customers who purchase a new or used Suzuki vehicle from Startin Suzuki Worcester.
To be eligible for entry, customers must meet both of the following conditions:
Employees of the Promoter, Startin Group, and their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
Customers who do not meet all of the above conditions will not be entered into the prize draw.
3. Entry Mechanism
All eligible customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw following completion of their qualifying vehicle purchase and delivery.
No separate entry process, additional payment, or purchase is required beyond the qualifying vehicle transaction.
4. Prize Details
There is one prize available. The winner will receive vouchers with a total value of £300 to spend at St Peter’s Garden Centre.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative or substitution will be offered.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on 7 April 2026 and will be conducted in a fair and unbiased manner.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided at the time of purchase within two days of the draw taking place.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Fulfilment
The prize will be issued within 14 days of the winner confirming acceptance.
The method of delivery, whether by collection from Startin Suzuki Worcester or by post, will be agreed directly with the winner.
8. Data Protection
Any personal data provided by entrants will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering this prize draw, including contacting the winner, unless the customer has separately consented to receive marketing communications.

9. General Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this prize draw at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may disqualify any individual found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or acting in a manner deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
By entering this prize draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
