Following the success of the award-winning EV6 and the versatile EV9 as well as the recent release of the EV3, Kia’s newest addition to its electric lineup is expected to deliver cutting-edge technology, striking design, and exceptional ef ciency – all at a competitive price point. With the EV4’s arrival in Europe con rmed for the second half of 2025, here’s everything you need to know about this exciting new model.

A Bold New Design

The Kia EV4 saloon and hatchback make a bold first impression with Kia’s EV Tiger Face, vertical headlamps, and signature Star Map lighting. This distinctive front-end design emphasises a wide, sporty stance and a modern, high-tech feel.

The EV4 saloon redefines sedan styling with its sleek, low-slung profile and long-tail design. A unique roof spoiler enhances its premium look, while 19-inch machined wheels with intricate stripe patterns reflect Kia’s ‘Opposites United’ philosophy.

At the rear, the EV4 saloon features a striking two-piece spoiler and vertical taillights, reinforcing its wide stance and aerodynamic presence. A clean bumper design with technical detailing adds to its redefined, futuristic appeal.

 

 

EV4 GT-Line: Sportier, Bolder, More Dynamic

For those craving a more aggressive, performance-inspired look, the EV4 GT-Line delivers.
Featuring wing-shaped front and rear bumpers, unique triangular-patterned 19-inch wheels, and an overall sleeker stance, the GT-Line takes the already impressive EV4 to the next level.

Electrifying Performance & Range


While full European specifications are yet to be confirmed, early reports suggest that the EV4 will feature Kia’s advanced E-GMP (Electric-Global Modular Platform), ensuring rapid charging, impressive range, and dynamic performance.


Expected highlights include:
• Range: Likely to exceed 300 miles (WLTP) on a single charge.
• Fast Charging: Kia’s ultra-fast 800V architecture, allowing 10-80% charge in as little as 18 minutes.
• Powertrain Options: Potential for single-motor (RWD) and dual-motor (AWD) variants.

A Tech-Loaded Interior


Inside, the Kia EV4 is expected to offer an advanced digital cockpit with dual widescreen displays, seamless smartphone integration, and intuitive driver assistance systems. Comfort will also be a priority, with premium materials, spacious seating, and sustainable finishes designed to elevate the driving experience.

When Will the Kia EV4 Be Available in the UK?

Kia UK has confirrmed that the all-electric Kia EV4 will be launched in Europe in the second half of 2025, with UK arrival details to follow. While both hatchback and saloon models will be made, only the hatch is likely to come to the UK.
