Terms of credit
Credit is available to UK residents aged 18 years or over, subject to status, from Suzuki Finance, a trading style of Suzuki Financial Services Ltd, St. William House, Tresillian Terrace, Cardiff, CF10 5BH. With Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) you have the option after you have paid all of the regular monthly repayments to: (1) Return the vehicle and not pay the Optional Final Payment. If the vehicle has exceeded the maximum permitted mileage, a charge will apply per excess mile. If the vehicle is in good condition (fair wear and tear accepted) and has not exceeded the maximum permitted mileage you will have nothing further to pay. (2) Pay the Optional Final Repayment to own the vehicle or (3) Part exchange the vehicle subject to settlement of your existing finance agreement; new finance agreements are subject to status. Valid from 1st July 2026 until 30th September 2026.
Terms of hire
Personal Contract hire is subject to status and approval, available to UK residents aged 18 and over. Contract Hire is provided by Suzuki Contract Hire, a trading style of Lex Autolease Limited, PO Box 3982, Chester, CH1 9XD. If the vehicle exceeds the contract mileage, an excess mileage charge will apply. You will not own the vehicle and it should be returned to us in a condition that meets BVRLA ‘fair wear and tear’ guidelines, otherwise charges may apply. Lex Autolease Limited. Suzuki GB plc is a credit broker and not a lender. Suzuki GB plc introduces you to a dealer which acts as a credit broker in its own right. That dealer may go on to introduce you to Suzuki Financial Services Limited as a lender. Suzuki GB plc will be paid a share of any profits made by Suzuki Financial Services Limited as a result of these introductions. The share of the profits will be the same, no matter what interest rate that you pay.
*e Vitara Complimentary Ohme Home Charger Offer – Retail Customers
1. Promoter
This offer is promoted by THOMAS STARTIN JUNR. LIMITED trading as Startin Suzuki Worcester (“Promoter”).
2. Offer
Eligible retail customers who order a new Suzuki e Vitara through an authorised participating retailer during the Offer Period will be entitled to receive one complimentary Ohme home wall box charger, including standard residential installation only, subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Offer”).
3. Offer Period
The Offer applies to eligible new vehicle orders placed between 15 May 2026 and 30 June 2026, and registered by 30 June 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice.
4. Eligibility
To qualify for the Offer, customers must:
Order a new Suzuki e Vitara through the retail sales channel from an authorised participating retailer;
Take delivery and register the vehicle within the Offer Period;
Be a private retail customer or eligible retail finance customer, including PCP, HP or PCH where applicable;
Have an installation address located within a 60-mile radius of postcode WR5 3HR;
Own, lease, or otherwise have permission to authorise electrical works at the installation property; and
Have suitable off-street parking for charger installation.
5. Exclusions
The Offer is not available for:
Fleet, business, salary sacrifice, Motability, daily rental, broker, or demonstrator vehicle orders;
Used, pre-registered, management, or ex-demonstrator vehicles;
Customers outside the 60-mile qualifying radius of postcode WR5 3HR;
Multiple charger claims per vehicle order, with a maximum of one charger per eligible vehicle;
Customers unable to meet the installation requirements determined by the appointed installation partner.
6. Standard Installation Only
The Offer includes one standard installation of an eligible Ohme wall box charger at the customer’s home address.
A standard installation is determined by the Promoter and/or appointed installation partner and typically includes:
Installation at a single-phase domestic property;
Installation using existing suitable electrical capacity;
Cable routing of up to 10 metres from the consumer unit to the charger location;
Surface-mounted cabling where appropriate;
Standard drilling through one wall only;
Installation completed without excavation, trenching, scaffolding, specialist access equipment, or significant remedial electrical works.
7. Non-Standard Installations
The Offer does not include:
Electrical upgrades or remedial works;
Consumer unit replacement;
Three-phase electrical works;
Groundworks, trenching, civil works, or decorative reinstatement;
Parking bay alterations;
Long cable runs or concealed cable routing;
Installations requiring planning permission, landlord approval, or specialist equipment.
Where an installation is deemed non-standard, the customer may:
Pay the additional cost quoted by the installation partner; or
Decline installation, in which case no cash alternative, vehicle discount, rebate, or credit will be provided unless expressly agreed by the Promoter.
8. Maximum Offer Value
The Offer is subject to a maximum total value of £950 including VAT per eligible vehicle, including the cost of the Ohme wall box charger and standard installation. Where the total cost of supply and installation exceeds £950 including VAT, including where a non-standard installation is required, the customer shall be responsible for paying any excess amount directly to the appointed installation provider before installation takes place.
9. Installation Process
Following vehicle order or registration, eligible customers will be referred to the appointed installation provider to complete a property suitability assessment. Installation is subject to:
Property suitability;
Electrical survey approval;
Installer availability; and
Compliance with all relevant regulations and safety requirements.
10. Availability and Substitution
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the charger model with an alternative charger of equal or greater value where necessary due to availability or supply constraints.
11. No Cash Alternative
The Offer is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative, vehicle discount, rebate, or substitute credit against the vehicle purchase price, rental, or finance agreement shall be offered where the customer declines installation, is ineligible, or the installation cost exceeds the maximum Offer value.
12. Cancellation
If the qualifying vehicle order is cancelled, rejected, returned, or not completed, eligibility for the Offer will automatically cease.
13. Liability
The Promoter accepts no liability for delays, installation issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party installation providers or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The customer’s statutory rights are not affected.
