Illuminating Worcester: Startin Group's Support for Light Night 2024

Startin Group is thrilled to announce its support for Light Night Worcester, a vibrant event returning to the city for its fifth edition on Wednesday, February 14th, and Thursday, February 15th, from 6 pm to 9 pm each evening.

Organised by Severn Arts, Light Night transforms Worcester's city centre with mesmerising light-based and interactive artworks.

One highlight of this year's event is the stunning Honda e:Ny1, serving as the focal point for Valentine's Day festivities. Situated at Angel Place, this radiant car promises to captivate visitors on both nights of #LightNightWorcester 2024. Severn Arts is also appealing for donations to enhance the event further. With a goal of raising £5,000, these contributions will support the inclusion of the Black Hole – End of Time installation by Paul Alty, ensuring another spectacular program for Worcester. In addition to the captivating artworks, Light Night is committed to reducing its carbon footprint. As part of this effort, the event will donate up to 600 trees to create a lush mini-forest in Perdiswell Park, Worcester. Scheduled for planting in the spring, these trees will contribute to environmental sustainability and create a greener urban landscape for future generations to enjoy.
