STUNNING DESIGN

The new 408 will of course offer the latest generation PEUGEOT i-Cockpit which will see a digital display and a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen that can conveniently take care of your comfort, entertainment and navigation needs. The vehicle will feature a compact and ergonomically designed steering wheel that will provide optimal driver comfort.

Powered by six cameras and nine radars, the driver assistance systems provide peace of mind and safety. They include:

• Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go function
• Night Vision, which warns of animals, pedestrians or cyclists ahead before they appear in the high beam
• Long-range blind spot monitoring (75 metres)
• Rear Traffic Alert, which warns of a potential hazard when reversing

HIGH-END QUALITY

Raised wings surround the sculpted hood which flows down into a coloured grille bearing Peugeots' new emblem. At the upper edges lie the ultra-slim matrix LED headlamp array, accompanied by the LED distinctive light fangs bordering the blacked-out vents on the front bumper.

With a height of 1.48m, a length of 4.69m and a long wheelbase of 2.79m, the new PEUGEOT 408 provides spacious second-row seats with 188mm of knee room. The boot is also generously sized, with a maximum volume of 536 litres, which can be increased to 1,611 litres with the rear seats folded down.

AN EXCITING DRIVE

The PEUGEOT 408 will be available in a range of powertrains, including two plug-in hybrids (180hp and 225hp respectively) with an all-electric range of around 40 miles, a PureTech 130hp petrol,

The range of engines powering the PEUGEOT 408 includes two rechargeable hybrid versions with 180 and 225bhp and a 130bhp petrol version. All three are paired with an 8-speed EAT8 automatic gearbox.
