1) V5C log book

Your V5C logbook gives us the necessary details of your vehicle like the model, engine size and the number of owners. V5C logbook is also needed to sell, buy or scrap your vehicle. It is not the proof of ownership, but the proof of who is responsible for the vehicle.

2) Service history

The service history is much more than just oil and filter changes. It proves any other parts have been replaced on your car. Items like timing belts, alternators and batteries. Thus the service history booklet reinforces that trained specialists have looked after your vehicle.

3) Both sets of keys

The second set of keys is important to us, as in case of the loss of one pair of keys it saves them time and money to get a new key made. As it is much harder and more expensive to make a new key when there is no original key.

4) Damages, bumps or smells

We want to know all the bumps, dents, scratches, stains or smells in your vehicle. This is so we can evaluate how much it will cost to rectify such imperfection to your old car.

5) Exact mileage

Exact mileage is important to determine the value of your car. A clear picture of your car dashboard will be enough for us to determine the value of your car.
