Aftersales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Aftersales Manager to lead one of our busy dealership Aftersales operations. We're looking for a strong automotive leader who can bring together our Service, Workshop and Parts teams, drive commercial performance and create an environment where both our employees and customers receive an exceptional experience. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands the motor trade, knows how to get the best from people and has the commercial focus to take an already successful operation forward.

Booking Advisor

Location: Startin Honda

We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Booking Advisor to join our busy Aftersales Contact Centre, based at our Honda dealership in Worcester. You'll play an important role in keeping our workshops busy and our customers coming back to Startin Group for all their servicing, MOT and maintenance needs. From handling incoming enquiries to proactively contacting customers about upcoming servicing, you'll be at the heart of building strong customer relationships and supporting the success of our wider Aftersales teams.
