Our Packs

Connect ONE

Emergency call

In the event of an accident, Vauxhall Connect is there to help. Your car or van comes with its own inbuilt SIM card, and in the event of a serious incident (if the airbag is inflated, for example), it will automatically notify emergency services with details of your location. This service is available 24/7, for 365 days a year.

Breakdown call

If you have a problem with your vehicle, you can activate the breakdown call service by simply pressing a button in the roof – you’ll be put straight through to the breakdown team on the system’s integrated phone.

Telemaintenance

Connected Services are here for you – even when things go wrong. Our Intelligent Telemaintenance service monitors the key functions of your vehicle – and notifies you as soon as something needs attention. Then, we’ll contact you directly so you can book an appointment at your local retailer.

Vehicle Status and Information

From routine maintenance and fault alerts to fuel level, consumption and mileage, Vauxhall Connect means you’re never out of the loop. Forgetting services is a thing of the past – we’ll make sure you’re on top of everything that’s going on inside your vehicle.

Connect PLUS2

Public charging

The MyVauxhall app can also make it easier to charge on the go. Use it to keep an eye on your battery level as you drive and find charging stations along your route, so you’re never left without charge.

Pre-conditioning

Comfort is key, and remote pre-conditioning allows you to warm or cool the vehicle to your preferred temperature before starting your journey. It also means you can maximise your vehicle’s range, as it can use energy directly from the charger (if it’s plugged in) rather than its battery.

Live Navigation

Vauxhall’s integrated navigation system makes every journey a breeze. With real-time directions and traffic information from the leading European GPS provider, TomTom®, you’ll never lose your way again.

And, for electric vehicles, your route is calculated with the required charging stops, simplifying your journey even more.

Remote access

The MyVauxhall app also lets you control your car remotely. From locking and unlocking foors, to honking your horn, or even turning on the lights, remote access gives you power at your fingertips.

To access our connected services, you’ll need a MyVauxhall account.

This offers a host of benefits, including access to owners’ manuals, online service booking and product updates.

You can access MyVauxhall via our app or online. If you bought your vehicle through the Vauxhall Store, you can use the same log-in details.

Once you’ve accessed your account, just enter your vehicle identification number (VIN) and check out all the services you can take advantage of.

Cars WLTP Figures shown are for comparison purposes and should only be compared to the fuel consumption and CO2 values of other cars tested to the same technical standard. The fuel consumption achieved, and CO2 produced, in real world conditions will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to: the accessories fitted (pre and post registration); variations in weather; driving styles and vehicle load. The WLTP (Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicles Test Procedure) is used to measure fuel consumption and CO2 figures. The CO2 figures display a range to reflect the highest value for the highest emitting version with all available options added, through to a minimum value to represent the lowest emitting version in standard specification.
